“The afternoon of life must have a significance of its own and cannot be merely a pitiful appendage of life’s morning,” C.G. Jung

AND NOW- SOME EARLY NFLUENCES… THE ARTWORK THAT WAS AROUND ME GROWING UP:

at around age 14-15 while i was digging Corben and Eisner, somehow i was also into Disney & Bluth, and u know Alice in Wonderland was one of my favorites too!
MY GRANDFATHER must also be mentioned here
growing up his artwork was always around the house.. as he was a Newspaper Cartoonist (for The San Diego Union/Tribune, The LA Times, & The Portland Oregonian)
Another person i venerate is his wife Madeline Fassett (my grannimaw) as growing up she was (AND STILL IS) to me the most artistic & interesting person i know. This is her and I last Summer.. just keep her off the portwine.
